IT Guys at work....

So these two guys I did not meet on-line anywhere but actually at work! I would not date anyone that I work with so I guess I never get past the "oh he's a nice guy or cute" but that's just it.....nothing more since we work together.

We'll start with "Gremlin". Gremlin had helped me get my computer set-up and what not at work and then we found out we both had German Shepard dogs. I have two pets and am a total animal lover so anyone with a pet I could talk to for hours. We e-mailed a bit about the pets which was fine but then on a Friday right before I was off for the weekend his e-mail turned into "Here's my cell and personal e-mail......contact me this weekend and I'll make sure to reply" or something like that. I laughed....was shocked....and didn't reply. I didn't even write down his contact info. Really.....do you need to give me your personal e-mail and cell??

I went about my weekend and he kept e-mailing me the following week. Think he finally got the hint that I wasn't interested. I gave him the name gremlin cause he kinda looks like one....long, stragly brown hair in a ponytail and just kinda shabby looking. Nice guy to talk to about our pets but that's about it.

Next is "Curious IT Guy". The first time I met Curious he had to help me with something on my computer. Then a few weeks passed and my phone was dead so he was back to fix that. He came to the office when I had stepped out for something but my boss was still here. I came back a few mins later and he was almost done. So after he left, my boss said that he was asking about me. I guess he was sitting at my desk and said to her "what about this one (pointing at my desk)...is she married?" My boss said "nope" and that was it. I think that is when I walked in.....lol. Most of the women here are married with kids so there are not many single ladies in our department.

I guess later that day my boss and Curious were on some e-mail together and he asked her "Glad xx got fixed...now on to more important things....did she ask about me after I left?" My boss was laughing and called me over to her computer and I about died when I read it. My boss then said that Curious is going to be visiting a lot more lately....just watch! And sure enough she was so right!!! Randomly he will stop by.....hmmmm, this could get interesting!
