This past weekend was my best friend's bachelorette party in Santa Barbara so it was a girl's weekend with wine tasting and going out! We sure did have fun :) We were out Saturday night and of course everyone is telling me to go up to guys and talk to them since I'm single.....so not my thing to do though! I'm not that type of girl. Well there was this one hot guy in a hat that I pointed out and I still wouldn't go up to him to talk. He actually came up to me and one of my friends and starting talking to us about pictures....we were looking at all the pictures from the weekend on my camera. The rest of the girls were at the bar having fun and we were content sitting at our table people watching.....we're so exciting...haha! I felt awkward since my one friend was sitting right there and I get nervous!! He didn't stay long and eventually they went to the bar to talk to the rest of the group.
I guess he was asking about me to my friends and eventually they convinced us to go to the bar and hang out...so we did. We made flirty eye contact and took fun pictures of everyone. He was getting ready to leave and gave me a hug....I gave him my photography business card and said "If you want to see the pictures then contact me" :) Good quick thinking...lol. Well, the next day he found me on FB and sent me a message....needless to say now we are messaging back and forth on FB :)
Downside = he lives in Bakerfield!!! I live in Orange County....hours apart....LOL! So it looks like I made a new friend that lives far away...but a very hot, firefighter friend I might add ;)
