Back to single.....

Well....long story short....I was having a lot of anxiety going to Maui next week with TBD Italian....things have been dwindling for me and I just wasn't excited anymore. I didn't feel that it was fair to go on a vacation to a romantic island and waste both our time and money. I told him that I didn't want to go and that it wasn't fair to him to go when I knew I wouldn't have fun and enjoy it the way it should be enjoyed. Plus....the thought of 5 full straight days with him did not sit well with me....a sign it's not meant to be. We talked in person and he said that he understood if it wasn't there for me...that he was sad and hurt. I feel bad but I don't want to lead him on, especially since he already told me that he loves me.

So now I'm concentrating on my career. Summer is here and I plan to enjoy it with friends and family :)
