It is 6 months today from when I met NY! It's been a great 6 months with some growing pains....lol. I feel like we are getting through the tough conversations now vs. a year into it. We def are getting stronger with all that and are still having a blast with each other. I'm learning his sense of humor more and learning to not be so sensitive and to not take his jokes seriously...hehe.
Since his sister is visiting him from New York right now we went out to dinner 2 nights ago to celebrate our 6 months. He made reservations at this really cute Italian restaurant. Most of the people there were older.....like 60's or older but it reminded me of a place in NY with all the mafia guys....haha. It was delicious and we can't wait to go back to eat there again....but have a few other great Italian places to try first. He got me these flowers too....so cute! 6 red roses for our 6 months and then the 1 white gerber daisy which is my fav flower :) He did good!
His small gift is coming in the mail next week and I can't say what it is since he knows about this blog....hahaha! But I'll post a pic of it when it comes.....it definitely fits him ;)
